Once the detailed design is complete and together with a specification the tendering process can start to select a capable lead landscaping contractor and any other contractors that may be involved in the project e.g. electricians. When tenders have been received and reviewed with the client contractors can be chosen. At this point work can begin. More often than not, there is also a need for the garden designer to coordinate activities in the project between the client, landscaper and any other trade, profession or business that may be involved.
