ROB'S STORY

An Anglo / Italian, Rob is bilingual and adores Italian style and culture.  He regularly visits his relatives in Tuscany and appreciates his compatriot's  abundant creativity. As a child living in Italy, he spent hours in the surrounding countryside absorbing its splendour and beauty. The inspiration from his childhood helped him in adulthood to form a very aesthetic view of design and in particular of outdoor spaces. The renovation of his own family home and design of his garden in Chipping Norton over several years provided the ideal opportunity to explore and implement those ideas.

Rob studied Mathematics at undergraduate level in the UK where his love of Geometry and great design was developed. Working in the food and automotive industries in the UK and abroad for much of his career where he gained extensive management experience and led large corporate information systems projects, he followed his first degree with a masters in Business Administration.  When an opportunity to take up his real passion came along he jumped at the chance and is now a fully accredited and registered member of The Society of Garden and Landscape Designers, one of only 219 members worldwide and the only professional association for garden & landscape designers (https://sgld.org.uk/).

His fascination for garden & landscape design covering styles ranging from the traditional Cotswold look to an urban modern feel, alongside robust business and project management skills, combine exceptionally well to provide clients with a complete design service to achieve their dream garden.
